September is Social Awareness month! This month we are educating the public on the importance of advocating for Suicide Awareness and prevention.
It is crucial for us as a society to create a safe space where people aren’t afraid to find help. Mental, emotional, and physical well-being all tie into one, when it comes to straying far away from suicidal thoughts or actions. It is important as friends, family-members, co-workers, parents, teachers, staff, to be there for the people you love and make it known that help is there if needed.
We all play a role in suicide prevention and awareness.
With that, every year we host our Program Round-Up, this event brings together the community, clients, supporters, and our dedicated staff to highlight the impact of our programs and we what we bring to our communities. Creating a safe space where everyone can feel comforted and right at home.
