Feel stressed? Attend TISAPP’s One Hour Wellness series
Please join us for this free workshop series presented by TISAPP.
Join us for a wellness activity combining breathing, movement, and meditation. Qi Gong is a practice that is over 4,000 years old and has been used as a way to connect the mind, body, and breath. This Wellness Activity will provide an opportunity to discover ways to regulate in times of stress and gain tools to use in your day to day life. This is a service provided by the TISAPP program aimed toward reducing stress and increasing resiliency.
Classes take place via Zoom:
· Every Thursday from 12:00pm – 1:00pm starting January 30th and ending March 6th.
